Cancellation Policy

Ek Udaan Lakshya Ki Aur Foundation takes utmost care to process donations per donor instructions, online and offline. In the event of an erroneous donation or donor’s wish to cancel, the Foundation will respond within 30 working days of a valid refund request. Timely refund depends on the credit card/banking instrument used. The donor must send a written refund request within 1 day of donation to Ek Udaan Lakshya Ki Aur Foundation’s official address or email ekudaanlakshyakiaur2022@gmail.com, including payment receipt and necessary details.

Ek Udaan Lakshya Ki Aur Foundation retains Personal Information as needed for purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law.
